Before that I spent a year and a half at GlobalTek IQ building ERPNext workflows, custom DocTypes and scripts that removed manual work across departments, then moving into BI to give management dashboards, KPIs and SLA reports they could act on. That mix shapes how I work today: automate what repeats, measure what matters, and keep services running.
